A high torque electronic motor positioned perpendicular to a base plate for the propose of tapping holes. The motor is buoyant and free floating so as to be able to feed itself into and out of a hole when tapping it will stay perpendicular to the base plate but allow X and Y linear changes to better align with the hole and allow easy access to multiple holes. There is a small PCB with 2 buttons attached for feeding the tap up and down.
