A manually operated injection molding machine to make low volume prototype injection molded parts. It uses a PID controller and solid state relay to send power to three nozzle heaters on an aluminum tube. Thermoplastic pellets are added to the tube and a lever attached to a stainless steel rod forces the then heated pellets into a mold.
